I’m a pretty small person, but I’m not trying t obuild huge amounts of muscle. Just want to be a bit bigger. Acai berries sound really healthy, but I’m not looking to lose weight, but gain it. Would they be detremental to doing so?

I’m a 17 year old girl who is about 5′1″ and weights 128 lbs. My doctor says my BMI is okay but I still feel a like I’m treading the fine line to being ‘overweight.’

I saw an advertisement online for the Acai Berry and ventured off to read the article. Thinking it might be one of those random weight loss pills that are not very healthy, I kept researching and found that it was actually a really good supplement. It seems like a great weight to lose weight, but I’m afraid I’ll lose too much weight. Also, I pretty sure my parents are not going to let me buy the free trial online.

I’d like some feedback before I go any further. Do you think I should go for it and would it be good for me? Thanks!

This is not a question, but some important information I wanted to get out there about the acai berry diet pill. There have been scams with that pill where they claim to only charge your credit card for S/H but end up charging over $70 and they won’t refund your money and you can’t contact them to get your money back. Some have been posting it as a weight loss research study on Craigslist claiming to pay you over $1,000 to test their diet pill. Some are even posting links on Yahoo Answers. I just wanted to warn people to be careful and do your research before you fall into a scam.
If you think you’re going to be funny and post your spam to one of these scams, I’m just gong to delete it.

My wife is interested in trying acai berry supplement-specifically Pure Acai Berry Pro which we would buy off e bay.

She is breastfeeding our 4 month old son.

I have done research on the internet and have seen no negatives in this regard but I am afraid for our little infant son.

Is Pure Acai Berry Pro safe for my wife who is breastfeeding our son?

On another note, I remember a few years back, it was Goji that was the big deal. Which is better–Goji or Acai? Are Goji and Acai for real or are they useless-just marketing scams to take advantage of gullible consumers?

The buzz around both of them seems legit…

Advice would be very much appreciated.

Please be totally sincere and try to have no ulterior motive as I consider this VERY important since my little 4 month old is involved.

Has anyone had any success with Acai Berry & Max Colon Cleanse. This is in addition to our exercise we are doing daily. Just wondering. I have researched some pages, but dang everything seems to be false these days. Just wondering.

I was researching it, and seriously thinking about trying it.
But i’m just making sure it’s NOT a scam.

Also, what exercises would you recommend with it? lol cause i know it’s not freaken LIPO, right? I already have an exercise plan, but i want other’s opinions.

I have recently lost about 30 pounds but need to lose a lot more. I lost the Original weight just through exercising and a healthier lifestyle. I seem to be “stuck” and was researching diet pills. The acai berry pills seems like a very attractive option, and I’ve seen them combined with the colon cleanse. I was wondering what these will actually do to my body and what to expect if I do decide to take them. Are they safe for me to take? (I’m 19 is that makes a difference). Should the 2 be combined or is one good enough alone? If anyone has any experiences or knowledge what-so-ever, I appreciate it!

Hi. I was doing research online and I came across “Acai Berry Detox”
If anyone on here uses it, or knows anyone that uses it, does it actually work? Are there any side effects to it, if so, what are they and are they dangerous?
