Research has pointed to anti-oxidants being harmful for at least the past 15 years. Your body needs and synthesizes oxidants to destroy environmental insults, and the oxidant system in your body is at a fine equilibrium. You do not want to mess with that or you may do more harm than good. As I say over and over, if something is over-the-counter or legal, it is because it doesn't work at all, or barely works and not worth the hard-earned cash you spend.
