Ok, so I ordered a free trial of acai berry. I read the fine print, I had to call a number (after doing research NOW, I realize that there are actually A lot of numbers- all of which I tried calling) to cancel it… or you get charged $89.00 a month. well, I can never get through! I’m either on hold for a ridiculous amount of time, or the line is busy.
I did some more research, and more people have this problem. (Keep in mind, that I didn’t see any of these complaint reports when I did my initial research.) Anyways, some people had to call the bank and cancel their card number! Is that what I have to do to cancel this thingy?

I was having the same problem..I was on hold for about 45 minutes through this phone number 877-350-8480. I seriously left my phone on speaker and did other things while on hold. I finally got through and canceled..so hopefully nothing shows up on my bill!
i had the exact same problem. i couldn’t get in touch w/the acai berry company– i tried calling & it would ring once, & then my call would be disconnected.
i just recently called & cancelled my debit card b/c i heard from other bloggers that acai berry will continue to charge your account. so, i would cancel your card & then just get a new one– that way they no longer have access to your information; & thus, cannot charge you.
