It’s all a scam. Call your credit card company and get it stopped. Keep trying to get hold of the company and demand a refund.
It is a free trial. You try it for X number of days, then if you don’t return it, you get charged. Yes, they are sleazy in the fact that it is not easy to get a hold of them, but you can probably dispute the charges on your CC.
