Hi, so im 16 and 4″11-5″0 and about a year ago lost 53.8 lbs. But i still have about 15-20 lbs to lose (i excises regularly) and the diet that i was originally on just stopped working. Ive been researching things like the oolong (Wu-Yi) teas and came across the Acai berry diet and was wondering has anyone else tried it? How was the results? Was there any side effects? Please help!

i have tried both they dont really work. just keep doign what ur doing and ull lose the weight trust me

fad diets dont work, just be patient, let your body adjust
It truly does not work I had a huge weight problem and decided to go vegetarian but then that was too drastic I found a great protein replacement andorganic drink called Papayamine I am thrilled I have lost 60 pounds and back in the gym body building with great success. This drink tastes great and works my doctor is now recommending it from the results I have gotten and its not a fad just plain old good for ya!
You can google papayamine to find them I highly recommend them.
