I fell for the acai berry scam. i signed up for the free trial and then saw that after 14 days they will charge you $95 a month until you cancel. well all the phone numbers i have found you cant get through. its like they hang up on you because you can hear it pick up and then the phone goes dead. so because i couldn’t get through to cancel i called my credit card company and canceled my card and got a new one. do you think that will do the trick? ii hope i don’t get a bill or something im hoping that if they try to charge and its declined they they wont send me the product and i wont have anything to be worried about. i dont know what else to do they wont answer phones and there’s not email or anything… anyone have any ideas?

Back in October (I think?) I saw Opera advertise Acai berries and fell for the scam. I have read other posts about this but my problem seems to be more then what others have received. Now each month I am getting MULTIPLE charges and the name of the charge changes monthly! I have been charged $89.31 for three month by something called MYBODYPHYSIQUE #888-771-7028.
On top of that I am also getting charged by www.fit-fac.com for $29.95 a month and Price Savers for $8.51 a month.I have called in multiple places trying to get ahold of a supervisor, but they are never ‘available.’

The names of some of these charges varies each month (I’m assuming they change it to make it harder to cancel.) What should I do to resolve this issue? I have lost around $300 so far and I am not sure how I would go about trying to get my money back.
