The Acai berry is just a scam. Like all other “miracle” health products, actual scientific research has not proven that it actually works. As you can see, one of the spider bots have already spammed your question. If you look on other health questions, you’ll see the message posted in almost the exact same words everywhere under numerous profiles. Don’t fall into the acai berry scam. Here’s a link from CNN with a report by the Center of Science for Public Interest. Hope this helps!
believe me, if supplements worked, we would all be fit and trim. acai berry will trim your wallet.
Since your not asking for my Opinion….Here it is, since I tried Acai Berry. A few months back I was wondering if the whole acai berry thing worked and if so what product should I try. I ended up trying like 5 different products, from juices to pills. I found that the one that helped me the most was Acai Berry Blast. I found it after reading a review on this page.
The next big weight lost product they claim is going to be a product called Maqui Berry. Its better than the Acai berry in anti-oxidants, but lacks the omega-3 that Acai Berry offers. That same site has a review and some articles about the health benefits of Maqui Berry’s. Trying that next.
To tell the truth I have not checked out any of the berry programs but I might. For now Im just sticking with pomegranite.
Channel 16 News actually did a news investigation on these alleged “scams” to see how effective the Acai Berry products really are. One of the News 16 anchors tested a 4 week diet her self, and they just recently published the analysis and results. I suggest you check it out, it may be exactly the information you are looking for
