Could someone please provide me some details about the new acai berry. & if it is suitable for a 14 year old teenager. My daughter is 60kgs and 163cms tall, she wants to lose 15 kgs but she’s starving herself ! she’s also very stubborn so i couldnt convince her to go to a dietician. She’s asked if she could use the acai berry product before starving herself but i refused to her plea. Please help me.
Also can anyone tell me how much it is, if it could be purchased in Australia, how many acai products you eat per day, if it really works (experienced anyone?) how many times a week you excercise, and if you could mix it with other products to increase the weight loss.
All helpful comments would be greatly be appreciated.

Acai like other herbal supplements should be safe for your daughter.
It is a natural substance from South America it grows in the palm tops. It has antioxidant properties and is not considered a stimulant.
A good diet such as the low glycemic diet diabetics use is healthy and should allow her to lose weight easily… does she like salads and protiens?
Reduce carbs to about 100-130 mg per day and increase walking a bit.
the berry is from africa…
the only way it works is if you digest it fresh.
the compressed, pressed powder in pill form doesn’t work.
