Not really.
Green tea works a lot better
Its another scam…to make you spend money. People could say cockroach crap has healing benefits and people would eat it up. Know why? Because people are stupid
I used acai for one week. I ate whatever I wanted and did NOT exercise. I lost five billion pounds.
Just kidding, Chunks McGee. Get up and put down those nachos. POW POW!
It might work very slightly. I had drank pure acai smoothies for breakfast, and it made no apparent difference in my health, but I was already pretty healthy to start with. If you are low in antioxidants then acai may be right for you, but watch your budget because this Amazonian fruit is expensive.
I doubt it’ll do anything to help with weight loss. But it is a rather healthy berry high in anti-oxidants that tastes great in smoothies.
Nothings a miracle when it comes to weight loss but diet and exercise will benefit you the most. If you do purchase Acai berry buy it from a vitamin store not the internet because there are a lot of scam sites for it on the internet.
It does not work. I tried it and nada. Do not wast your time and money on this crap.
i TRiED && iT DiDN’T WORK BUT iDK iF i GOT THE SAME BRAND THAT THEY DiD, THE ACAi BERRY DOES CONTROL YOUR APPETiTE THOUGH
Yes it does really work. You just have to treat it like any other weight loss diet plan. Make sure you seat healthy and do your daily exercises while taking it.
