You cannot depend solely on a tropical fruit to lose weight. Disappointing, I know.
I know it is super tough focusing on yourself when you have 3 other people that require more attention.
Simple things:
Nursing (if you are) burns approximately 500 calories/day.
Take your kids for walks! Walk to the park-local stores, the neighbors, play dates, etc.
Chase your kids-up the stairs/down the stairs, around the yard, anything to be active!
Eat in moderation-A lot of people’s difficulty with weight is their over sized portions.
Snacking can pack on an extra 400 to 500 calories a day-limit this! If you get hungry or cravings munch on fruit (filling and delicious) or chew sugar free gum or even drink water (with flavor or not)!
It’s hard work, but you can definitely do it. Just be conscious of what you’re doing- think before you grab a cookie or turn into the drive-thru. Park an extra 5 minutes away-It will eliminate an extra 40 calories from your system.
